Scope of Application: mainly used to clean machine-harvested cotton,fast manual-picked cotton and hand-picked cotton .
1.The optimized barbed nail cylinder adopts new type flat-headed lengthened barbed nails and efficient permutation and combination of barbed nails, which is more conducive for barbed nails to beat and transport seed cotton balls.
2. The new arc grid structure makes the transportation of seed cotton smoother and improves the impurity discharge efficiency. The cotton returning and dropping loss is reduced.
3.The machine structure is reasonable, easy to adjust and convenient to operate and maintain.
4. The barbed nail cylinder adopts 14-edge structure patent technology, which has high manufacturing precision and stable operation.
5.The barbed nails are processed by CNC machining center , taper ball head design ,small fiber damage and not easy to jam.
6. Transparent protective cover adopts advanced phosphating process and plastic powder coating technology, strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
