1. Specialized to clean machine-harvested cotton and fast manual-picked cotton,comprehensive impurity cleaning efficiency is not less than 50%.
2. Reasonable structure, strong technology, less damage to seed cotton.
3. Various new techniques ,new materials and new technologies ensure stable and reliable performance, less noise .
4. The barbed nail cylinder is designed with 12-edge structure, which runs smoothly and has little damage to cotton fiber.
5. The barbed nails are processed by CNC machining center , taper ball head design ,small fiber damage and not easy to jam.
6. Transparent protective cover adopts advanced phosphating process and plastic powder coating technology, which have strong adhesion, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
